ACJ Properties has launched a new rent guarantee service to help safeguard landlords from losing out on rental income.

For most landlords, receiving regular rental income is vital, particularly if there is a mortgage on the property. If tenants fail to pay, ACJ’s rent guarantee service not only pays the rent on the same expected payment day for the Landlord, we also offer help with legal expenses for costs relating to property possession and other disputes that can result from renting out your property, such as the eviction of squatters.

If the Landlord has to gain possession of the Property due to non-payment of rent, once possession has been granted, ACJ will pay 50% of the rent whilst the property is being advertised for a new tenant.
