CURRENT TENANTS

During this time, we ask that all maintenance be reported via our online maintenance portal https://acjlettings.co.uk/report-maintenance/ this will allow you to report maintenance, add photos/videos and even give helpful tips/hints that may potentially remedy your issue without the need of a contractor attending.

In case of emergency maintenance only, during out of office hours, we would recommend that you call 03456099918. This number is not manned by a member of our team and they will be unable to help you with any other queries or matters. Please make sure that your call is an emergency prior to calling, as you may be charged for unnecessary contractor call outs.

Alternatively, you can call 02920 41 51 61, which will give you further instructions on how to get in touch with us, The office answer machine will only be checked intermittently, so we would not recommend leaving us a voicemail should your query be of an urgent nature.

CURRENT LANDLORDS

During this time, our team will continue with virtual inspections whilst they work safely from home, so we will be in contact with your tenants to arrange these directly and reports will be emailed out to you as standard.

Even though our office will be closed, your tenant will still be able to contact us regarding maintenance, rental payments and required contact online, via email or our out of hours contractors for emergency situations, outside of normal office hours.
