This offer applies to new letting instructions only and is available to new Landlords signing up to our Fully Managed service on our standard Terms of Business rates of 25%+VAT set up fee, inventory fee (dependant on number of beds) and 10%+VAT management fee.

The offer cannot be redeemed if your property is currently marketed by ACJ or has been marketed within the last 30 days.
